Student Enrollment
Welcome to St. Paul School!

New K-12 students can begin the registration process online using the following link: Online Registration

Kindergarten registration information can be found here.

If you currently have a student enrolled in St. Paul Public Schools you can use the Parent Portal to register your child. Please do not create a new account. Under the "MORE" menu choose Online Registration |New Student Registration.

  • IN ADDITION TO ONLINE REGISTRATION YOU WILL STILL NEED TO PROVIDE SPECIFIC PAPERWORK TO COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS

If you are enrolling a student in K-6 please email [email protected] or call 308-754-4433 option 1.

To enroll in grades 7-12 please complete the Release of Student Records and and email to [email protected]. A parent or legal guardian must sign the form. The release will be sent to your child’s previous school to obtain official records that include:
  • A copy of your child's birth certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Official transcript
  • Final report card
  • Most recent IEP (If applicable)
  • State & Academic Progress Test Scores etc.

If the school is unable to provide the first two items above, the parent/legal guardian may submit these. All other documents MUST come officially from the school. Once the counseling office has received all necessary records, we will contact a parent/guardian to set up an enrollment appointment. If you have any questions please contact the High School Office at 308-754-4433 option 2 or by email [email protected].

To view courses that St. Paul High School offers please see the Course Description Guide.
Not a parent or legal guardian? A Power of Attorney form can be found here. Any Power of Attorney form can be used but it MUST be NOTARIZED.
